I receive a PayPal payment about every other month - If I had more computers loaded, I would receive it EVERY month! 
Once you reach $30.00 and request pay-out, they pay by check. I prefer InboxDollars to SendEarnings, as I can use the toolbar to read my emails directly from their site. It's much more convenient for me.
